Projects

Ideas taking shape.

Our projects grow from ideas, relationships and opportunities that already exist locally. Some have begun; others are taking shape together with our partners.

Our projects

Different projects. The same approach.

Bil’in · Palestine

Women’s Cooperative & Tatreez

In Bil’in, around 20 women practise Tatreez, the traditional Palestinian art of embroidery. Together, they are turning their skills and cultural heritage into new sources of income. ARB supports the group with training, product development, organisation and access to new markets.

The aim is a women-led cooperative that can organise itself and become economically sustainable.

Water & Agriculture

In Bil’in, we are working with local partners to improve reliable access to water for farming and the wider community. An existing well provides a strong starting point. From there, we are developing ways to use water and energy more efficiently while strengthening small-scale farmers and cooperatives.

The aim is to build reliable local systems that support water access, agriculture and lasting livelihoods.

Space to Take Part

We are developing places where people can meet, learn and take part in meaningful activities. The focus is on creating together, building on existing skills and making participation easier.

Own paths need space.

What connects all our projects is a simple idea: they should not depend on ARB forever. They should create the conditions for strong, locally rooted structures to grow.
